Very nice area to hang out, adjacent to the KEXP studios at Seattle Center
I was there for the Western State Hurricanes live broadcast on KEXP.

Open 24 hours. Possibly the one recently mentioned where John went at 1am.
I had a chicken fried steak which was okay, but is not my favorite.

Basic Pho with rare steak and flank. My first ever Pho, so I took the "beginner Pho" as it said on the menu. I wished I would have added some more accoutrements, so I got another Pho later at another place.

Beef Pho: Brisket and rare beef, traditional beef stock, added meatballs and mixed steamed vegetables, which turned out to be broccoli only as far as I could tell. This Pho was amazing and a whole step up from the other one I had on Broadway.

S'mores with cold-smoked chocolate, campfire caramel, 'mallow & graham, vanilla ice cream.
Together with a milk shake I paid $25 for this delicious afternoon snack in a real artisanal hipster café.

The restaurant where John and his mom would go on Christmas eve while John's sister was not living in Seattle.
I had a crispy chicken with orange flavor and it was good. I came 25 minutes before they closed, but they didn't even mention it, but I could sit almost by myself and the food came in just a few minutes.

On of the better places for dim sum, possibly one of the venues for the famous Dim Summit. Lazy Susan on all tables above 6 persons.
We had our own Dim Summit on Sunday and it was one of the most amazing things I have ever done. The dim sum was so good!

Ken Jennings' favorite café, open 24 hours.
I had a Country Benedict: Split biscuit topped with patty & scrambled eggs, smothered in country gravy and served with hash browns, which was enough food for the whole day. Nothing special, but good!
7311 Aurora Ave N
https://bethscafe.com/Jack's BBQ
Original Texas barbecue by Jack Timmons.
I had a Brisket - Double R Ranch choice grade seasoned with salt and pepper. I didn't dare to take the Texan Trinity with brisket, ribs and sausages because I expected it to be way too much meat and I already had breakfast at Beth's Café that morning, but it turned out that the brisket was not much at all and I should have taken the Trinity after all.

Probably the Safeway that John would take a walk to at 11pm before they close. About 30 minutes from his old farm, but not an easy walk at all because of the hilly environment. The famous six-layer chocolate cake was available, but I had already bought that one in the Safeway close to my hotel as it was easier to handle and take with me to the meetup.

The famous six-layer chocolate cake. It is no joke, it is actually six layers, it is one piece, not two stacked on top of each other. But I didn't think it tasted good, it was almost exclusively sugar. Still: We just had to have it, especially because one of us had their birthday at the meetup.
Lowell's Restaurant
In the heart of Pike Place Market. I had a Benedict Florence and it was amazing! John's sister likes to order Eggs Benedict whenever they go out for breakfast and she can be quite specific about them getting it exactly right.

Regional Mexican Food near the music venue Tracor Tavern.
I had a Pollo Enchilado: Chicken breast pounded thin and marinated in adobo salsa, then panfried. Served with mashed sweet potatoes and black beans

The location for our meetup. I had a Thai Fried Rice with chicken, which was delicious.

Pizza for the table! One Pepperoni Pineapple and one Parma. We could not agree on cheese because one of us was lactose intolerant.

Just a random place to get breakfast. This is the Corned Beef Benedict, which combines Susan's and Merlin's favorite.

Denny's has been mentioned many times. Unfortunately I had only a few minutes to get a Double Cheeseburger to go, but it turned out it was not just a burger to grab on the bus, but it was only available as a whole dish for $15. But it was a really good burger!
